Everyone can make music

Eve Seltzer has been performing for over 20 years. She started out on the singer songwriter circuit in New York City in the 90’s, and discovered her love jazz through her work as a sound engineer. Based in New York City, she has appeared at jazz and cabaret venues around the country, including ShapeShifter Lab and the Bitter End in New York, the Monocle in St. Louis, and the House of Musical Traditions in Washington, DC, and has performed abroad on the small stages of the Festival Django Reinhardt in Samois-sur-Seine, France, and at the Zillisheim Festival Jazz Manouche in Alsace. She studied classical voice at the New England Conservatory of Music, and holds a Masters in Jazz Vocal Performance from the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College.

In addition to performing, Eve has 11 years experience as a yoga teacher, and 10 years of clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist assistant. She approaches music with a deep understanding of  musculoskeletal and neuromuscular training, and empowers her students to develop their own styles from a healthy foundation.
