My love for music has led me to continuously explore and learn as much as possible about the power of sound. I’ve studied Musical Theatre (voice, acting and dance) and Healing Arts including Sound Healing, Reiki Energy Healing and Kundalini Yoga. Yoga has many benefits for singing and I love to incorporate movement into warm ups, not only does int increase body awareness but als improves strength, flexibility, posture, and releases tension throughout the body. My approach to teaching is holistic, positive and supportive. Anything is possible and anyone can sing. Currently I am doing a music mentorship in writing for film, tv and advertising and this keeps me up to date on whats current in the music industry. My strength is to teach pop.
