Since I was young, I’ve had a passion for music. From my first time tinkering with a piano to eventually exploring both choir and band, music has always been a prominent and exciting part of my life. Currently, I am a junior at the University of Montana, studying both English and Music Education. My primary instrument is voice; I have participated in several choral events around the Western Pacific area, and have been a part of multiple high school and collegiate level choirs for over six years. Alongside choral training, I am also well learned with the flute, and have participated in bands that have traveled around the United States! I have been playing for six years as well. I have a developed knowledge of music theory as well, which I believe has added to my ability to understand my instruments even further. I will admit that I have not taught lessons aside from MusicMatchr, but I love to help people learn and discover their own passion for music and stand alongside them on their musical path. Music teaching is what I hope to do with the rest of my life, and online tutoring is a wonderful place to start!
